- Our General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries and services. An order becomes binding as soon as you send it to us.
- Delivery dates are outlined below. Should an article be currently out of stock, we will let you know as soon as possible when delivery can be expected. Delivery is at the risk of the consignee.

- United Kingdom: Usually within 7 business days

Items ordered will be packed together to minimise postage costs. Postage costs will then be calculated on the parcel weight and not the individual item weight.
- Republic Of Ireland : €6.50 for parcels up to 2kg, €10.00 for parcels above 2kg
- United Kingdom: €12.50 for all parcels
- Rest of the World : €20.00 for all parcels
- Republic Of Ireland : €6.50 for parcels up to 2kg, €10.00 for parcels above 2kg

Our goods are shipped with An Post Track & Trace, during working hours and we would appreciate if you could make sure that somebody is available to accept your delivery.

All prices are in EUR and are inclusive of VAT at the prevailing rate.

Goods are delivered against payment by credit card (Master Card, Visa Card, Laser). Together with our hosting and payment partners we use the highest level of security and encryption methods available to process your payments.

- Returns & Replacements
- We want our customers to be satisfied with Effigy Boutique purchases. As such, and in accordance with the The European Directive on Distance Selling (Directive 97/7/EC), we offer customers a full and undisputed refund on any goods which are returned within 7 days of delivery, provided such goods conform to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received, this means

- Item unworn and unwashed
- Item contains all swing tags
- Item is undamaged, no tears, rips or shreading.
If an item is returned and smells of smoke, body odour, perfume / aftershave, cooking / food or is stained with makeup we cannot issue a refund / exchange. Likewise if any item has been washed in any way or damaged, we will not process a refund / exchange.
If an item is not retured within 7 days of receipt of delivery, we cannot process a refund. In this case, we may however offer you the option of a credit note to be used online.
Postage costs will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us using a registered delivery or courier service. We will not accept any responsibility for items which are lost in the post.
Items marked as 'Sale' or 'Clearance' will be marked on invoice as such, and are sold as seen, hence cannot be returned. These items are reduced in cost for this reason.

Claims for compensation due to mistakes in illustrations, prices or texts, or due to late delivery or failure to deliver, are strictly excluded. The color of the products displayed in the online shop may deviate from the actual product color.
